Randy Alan Weiss is a Washington, DC based, experienced attorney with years of experience under his belt. He serves individuals & commercial clients in a wide variety of areas, including real estate, business law, complex titles, and estate planning. At present, he is the founding partner of a boutique law firm, Weiss LLP, operating since 1981. The firm has decades of experience in the areas of real estate, estate planning, asset preservation, commercial & bank lending, regional government agency/FOIA practice, business transactions and taxation. As an attorney at Weiss LLP, he has helped many businesses and development companies to get favorable outcomes. His clientele includes real estate developers, real estate investment trusts, hotel franchisees, and entrepreneurs in hospitality businesses.

Randy Weiss is a law graduate of Georgetown University Center (MLT, 1985) with an emphasis on closely-held business taxation and exempt organizations. Prior to this, he attended the St. Louis University School of Law (JD, 1981). In the year 1978, he completed Bachelors of Arts degree from the American University.

Randy Alan Weiss has worked as legislative staff assistant in the United States House of Representatives with service on a legislative committee for several different members of Congress. He worked here for four years. He has two years of experience working in the Office of General Counsel of a major defense contractor. Randy is a benevolent person who believes in giving back to the community. He is the former Board Member of the Jewish Community Center of Greater Washington and general counsel to a private hospitality club in Washington, DC.
