Randy Alan Weiss is a Washington, DC based resourceful attorney with over three decades of experience. He obtained his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, MLT (Tax) in 1985. Prior to this, he attended the St. Louis University School of Law to do his JD (1981). In1978, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the American University.
Randy Weiss is highly skilled in real estate, business law, complex titles and estate planning. He is the founding partner of Weiss LLP, a leading boutique law firm with years of experience in the areas of real estate, asset preservation, estate planning, commercial, bank & leading, regional government agency/ FOIA practice, business transactions and taxation. Randy serves a huge clientele that include nationally -recognized real estate investment trusts, real estate developers, hotel franchisees and entrepreneurs in the hospitality businesses. Some of his other clients include retailers, a multi-location chain of car washes, parking garage management companies and foreign investors.
Randy Alan Weiss is licensed in the District of Colombia, Maryland, Virginia, and Florida. He is a former Board member of the Jewish Community Center of Greater Washington & Congregation B’nai Tzedek of Potomac, Maryland. He is also a former special counsel and/or board member to three different country clubs in Montgomery County, Maryland and a former member of the Board of Directors and Loan Committee for a community bank. In his free time, he likes to play golf and enjoy cycling. He is also involved in community services and actively supports Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, DC, Jewish Federation of St. Louis, and Jewish Community Center of Greater Washington.
