Randy Alan Weiss graduated from American University, and completed his Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law in the year 1981. Thereafter, he attended Georgetown University Law Center. He has more than thirty years of legal experience, and has represented various cases related to business transactions, tax law, estate planning and asset protection, real estate & complicated, estranged title issues.
Randy Weiss is the founding partner of Weiss LLP, a boutique firm established in 1981. His main aim is to provide excellent legal assistance to his clients, which include real estate investment trusts, real estate developers, hotel franchises and entrepreneurs in hospitality businesses, and more. He has handled cases involving analysis and enforcement or challenging of dubious, complicated, convoluted & troubled titles.
Randy Alan Weiss is licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and Florida. He is a former Board member of the Jewish Community Center of Greater Washington and Congregation B’nai Tzedek of Potomac, Maryland. He is also a former member of the Board of Directors and Loan Committee for a community bank. Besides this, he is involved with many charitable causes. Some of the organizations that he is currently involved with are the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, DC, Jewish Federation of St. Louis, and Jewish Community Center of Greater Washington. In his free time, he likes to play golf and does cycling.
